Return the items in the condition they were delivered
Return the product with its original packaging and invoice
Return the package to us within the time frame specified

Send the item back to www.falling.org.uk within 30 days of delivery
Identify clearly which product you'd like in exchange
Call the team if the product you want is more expensive than your original item
If you select an exchange item that costs less than the original item www.falling.org.uk will automatically refund you the difference
