Informal Description of Managers
Joel Sanders, head of management, has been working for the firm for a number of years. His main skills lie in effective leadership, mediation techniques and the encouragement of successful customer relationships. He was taken on by the company after working for a similar enterprise for a six month period where he learnt key objectives and practices. Natasha Walker, workflow manager, deals with staff and client well being and is extremely competent in her role. Her repertoire is unmatched and she brings disparate parts of the team together into a cohesive whole. Sheila has always been eager to boost time management portfolios and likes to please customers with superb service. Dean Markham works alongside Sheila by offering further support when required - he was employed by the firm in the early days and has experienced its rise to the top of the sector.
IT Employees
Robert Miller leads the www.falling.org.uk IT section and deals with many employee affairs from informing employees of their key tasks and analysing their progression to measuring their performance. He checks on team members so that each computer-oriented job is finished swiftly and on time. Appraisal sessions and interviews for new recruits are handled by him as well. System checker Stella Heartsfield ensures that glitches do not arise in www.falling.org.uk's internal computer system and Gavin Bucks helps general departments with minor setbacks associated with emails, spreadsheets, document creation and internet access. Brand identity and web articles are controlled by Rosie Pitsworth who has a history of working for magazines and newspapers.
Administration Employees
A busy admin division is vital to enterprises of all sizes, which is why Melanie Cook runs a tight ship. In charge of handling documents, files and order forms to enquiries, updates and complaints, she is experienced at controlling it all with admin assistants Vera Goldman and Stephanie Ford. Each unique admin staffer has special organisational skills and are expected to stick to regular deadlines, run the reception area and smooth out administrative problems, which is why the firm can't run without them. Janet Jacobs is the fourth staff member and is the youngest and freshest recruit - she is particularly well versed in utilising computer programs and software packages after concluding her degree in technology.
