Falling - Mental Health Advice

If you sometimes feel as though you are stressed or depressed then it can be very overwhelming. You may believe you've got a handle on all of your problems and can cope; but unless you've got an outlet for your problems then they can come crashing down on you. You may even feel perfectly happy 95% of the time, as you're able to push things to the back of your mind but then there's that 5%. 

Well, if this sounds like an accurate descripton of you and your mental state then it might be time to carry out a self-essessment. Don't worry there's no paper work involved, all you need to do is take some time out from your friends, family and job and find a quiet place. Once there you need to think hard about your life and ask yourself: "What do I need to do to relieve the stress?".

You may need to set aside some you-time - that might be enough depending on your stress levels. Alternatively, you may need to talk to a professional - that being the case read these notes, talk to your GP or perhaps look throught the rest of this site.
